Vita Living opens at Circle Square, Manchester
The first phase of Vita Living at Manchester’s newest neighbourhood, Circle Square has opened its doors.
Vita Living at Circle Square consists of 683 apartments across 37 and 17-storey buildings, with facilities including shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, gyms and private entertaining spaces.
The development was funded with the Greater Manchester Pension Fund and a consortium of senior lenders made up of NatWest, Lloyds Bank Commercial Real Estate and Greater Manchester Housing Fund to deliver build-to-rent apartments at Circle Square, Manchester.
The second and final phase of the scheme will be completed in September this year.
Circle Square is a joint venture between Vita Group and Bruntwood SciTech that will deliver over 1,500 apartments, 400,000 sq ft offices, multi-storey car park & hotel, plus shops, restaurants, bars and more.
In the centre of the neighbourhood is a significant new public space, with two large green lawns and terraces surrounded by more than 100 trees. At each end of the lawns, the terraces climb to provide informal seating or an amphitheatre for live music and theatre performances.
