These events programme includes private chef experiences with yhangry, where students learn to cook meals and can then recreate them in their daily lives, personal trainers, who host a range of workouts to help improve student wellbeing, and nationwide brand partnerships with luxury retailers like L’OCCITANE and Harvey Nichols.

There’s also the ‘Begin Big’ platform which supports students through their life at university, from workshops on drafting the perfect CV and graduate employment fairs to inspiring talks from likes of Brian Cox, the BBC and Adidas.

The location is perfectly suited for students, with the ability to reach the University of Coventry in just a 10-minute walk and the University of Warwick in just a 15-minute bus ride.

Max Bielby, Chief Operating Officer for Vita Student said:

“Vita Student Copper Towers looks fantastic with its stunning copper façade which adds to the Coventry skyline. The building will raise the standards of what students should and can expect from their student accommodation experience in Coventry. Complementing our nearby Cannon Park accommodation, Copper Towers caters for those students who want to be in the heart of City and closer to Coventry University. Uptake for our 23/24 academic year has been sensational as we draw over closer to 100% occupancy and we can’t wait to open the doors to our first residents in September.

“Copper Towers marks Vita Student’s 10,000th bed in the brand’s 10th anniversary year, a milestone we are extremely proud of as the brand continues to go from strength-to-strength, redefining the student living experience and supporting residents on their journey through university, so they’re equipped to leave their education and go onto achieve their dreams.”

Place & Community

01

Place & Community

Create thriving communities, a principle which has been with us from the very start, it’s simply not good enough to create a building without thinking carefully about its context and the wider impact it has on its surrounding neighbourhood. We’re driven to create communities within communities as well as respond to and complement the neighbourhood and its eco-system. Creating tomorrow’s city living means we must be part of the DNA of that city and partnering with local authorities. This includes connecting with local suppliers, talent, charities, and businesses, collaborating on important community initiatives and helping to develop surrounding spaces. It’s not just about helping to regenerate cities; it’s helping them to function effectively.
