Vita Group is a founder-led response to a generation whose needs have been overlooked. For too long, the property industry has prioritised returns over residents.
Our story starts with Vita Student in 2012. Back then, the market was defined by uniform blocks, soulless spaces and transactional experiences.
We seized the opportunity to do things differently, and that legacy paved the way for Vita Group today. Consumer-focused thinking. Design excellence. Genuine innovation.

Timeline
Vita Student is born, targeting Liverpool for its first PBSA opening.
Vita Student Liverpool ‘The Chapel’ officially opens its doors to residents. A total of 68 beds.
Vita Student has 980 beds under management with new openings in Manchester, Liverpool, Southampton and Exeter.
Vita Student reaches 4,000 beds, and opens its first residence in Scotland, on Beith Street in Glasgow.
Circle Square in Manchester opens, with Vita Student opening its first of three buildings in the Masterplan. New sites open in York, Southampton, Edinburgh and Newcastle.
Landmark transaction with the sale of 3,198 beds to DWS for £600m. Vita secures its first two international acquisitions in Barcelona, Spain.
We open our first building in Spain with Vita Student Pedralbes and now have over 9,000 beds under management.
Vita Student's second building in Barcelona opens, we celebrate our 10th year of operation, and officially
reach 10,000 beds.
We open the doors to Union, the UK's largest co-living scheme, in St Johns, Manchester.
Vita partners with Metrovacesa on a £300m flagship scheme in Madrid.
We open the doors to House of Social in Manchester, a F&B concept unlike anything the city has seen before.
We open our flagship building in Madrid, along with new sites in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Birmingham.
Vita and Colonial SFL launch a landmark joint venture to develop a premium urban living platform across Europe, with 2,200 beds expected by 2028.
