Our Story
Vita Group is a founder-led response to a generation whose needs have been overlooked. For too long, the property industry has prioritised returns over residents.
Our story starts with Vita Student in 2012. Back then, the market was defined by uniform blocks, soulless spaces and transactional experiences.
We seized the opportunity to do things differently, and that legacy paved the way for Vita Group today. Consumer-focused thinking. Design excellence. Genuine innovation.
Each of our brands responds to a different stage of modern urban living. From students embarking on a new chapter at university, to city professionals yearning for sanctuary.
