Vita Group is building out its retail team with Chris Middleton joining Vita Group as retail asset manager. A new role for the business, Middleton will look after Vita Group’s growing retail and leisure portfolio.

Middleton joins the business with over five years’ experience in Bruntwood’s retail team. During this time Middleton worked across sites in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham with a variety of international, national and regional brands such as Brewdog Beer Hotel, Fred Perry, Rudy’s Pizzeria and Bundobust, alongside a host of independents through projects such as Hatch.

Chris joins the business at an exciting time for Vita Group, with new openings imminent at Circle Square and new retail and leisure opportunities being brought to market. The new role will include managing existing retailers, bringing in new customers, and advising on retail strategy.
