One of the UK’s largest urban regeneration projects outside of London, Circle Square, demonstrates its extraordinary transformation, as luxury apartments Vita Living North launch to the rental market and Symphony Park, the beautifully designed greenspace is opened to the public.

Completing the development, Vita Student with its 1,100 luxury student apartments, are fully let for the 2021/2022 academic year confirming Circle Squares prowess as Manchester’s go-to city centre destination.
