Vita Group has appointed Penny Langton as its head of residential marketing to support the business on its build-to-rent brands Union and Vita Living.
Penny joins the business with over 20 years’ marketing experience, developing brands and bringing them to new audiences to drive growth, having previously worked for the likes of Morris Homes, Beaverbrooks, and Transform.
Penny joins the business at an exciting time of growth with its St John’s co-living development ‘Union’ progressing quickly and preparing for a 2023 launch and Vita Living having launched in 2021 at Circle Square.
Max Beilby, Chief Operating Officer for Vita Group said: “We’re delighted to welcome Penny to the team. As our build-to-rent offer starts to grow with pace, having a talented and driven marketer like Penny in place will help us unlock the potential of these exciting brands as we move forward.”
Penny Langton, Head of Marketing for Union and Vita Living said: “This is an exciting time to join a business which is creating tomorrow’s city living. Union is just at the start of its journey and will be bringing real innovation to the sector, something Manchester and other similar cities are crying out for. Vita Living demonstrates the art of the possible with amazing living spaces, it has bags of unrealised potential and I look forward to taking it to new cities as well as building its reputation in Manchester.”
