Planning approval granted for Vita Student Cardiff
Plans for two student developments, one of which could rise to 19 storeys, are poised to be approved after Cardiff City Council recommended giving them the green light.
Cardiff Council have given the green light for a new 17-storey Vita Student development, housing 320 self-contained student apartments.
The scheme designed by architect Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios also contains space for a gym, games room, movie room, private dining room and study areas.
A spokesperson for Vita Student said that the company is very excited to bring the Vita brand to Cardiff, and wants the development to bring with it wider benefits to the local community.
Cardiff Council said: “The proposals provide a significant quantum of high-quality purpose- built student housing in a sustainable city centre location”
